Finish Carpenter
This is hands-on trim and installation work on kitchens, baths and whole-home remodels. You will work with an owner who cares about clean lines, tight joints and jobs that finish well.

What you'll do
- Install interior and exterior trim, baseboards, crown molding, casing and custom woodwork.
- Hang doors, set cabinetry and mount hardware with exact alignment.
- Handle layout from blueprints, caulking, light drywall and sanding, and touch-ups for seamless handoffs.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in finish trim, door hanging and cabinet installation.
- Confident reading blueprints and executing complex layouts.
- Proficient with hand and power tools and comfortable on ladders or scaffolding.
- Solid problem-solver with high quality standards and a safety focus.
